Twenty-two against fourteen
OneLink covers the United States plus thirteen destinations. Doozly carries a tag for every active Amazon Associates marketplace; the ones OneLink cannot reach are highlighted here.
Mexico, Brazil, Ireland, Belgium, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and India. If your traffic includes any of them, OneLink leaves that commission on the table.
Countries are not the same thing as stores, and that is where this gets expensive: Austria has no amazon.at, while Ireland gained its own amazon.ie in March 2025 — and OneLink does not reach it. Where the two differ
One row in the table below matters more than the rest, and it is easier to see than to read: OneLink rewrites the Amazon links it can find in the page, which is fewer of them than most people expect.

Stay with OneLink if…
It is free, it is official, and for a lot of sites it is genuinely enough.

- Your readers are in the fourteen countries it covers
- You would rather Amazon handled the tag mapping than do it yourself
- You do not want another plugin on the site
Doozly earns its keep if…
The gap shows up in exactly these situations.

Installed it and nothing happens? That is nearly always one of four things, none of which reports an error, and all four are worked through in the OneLink guide. None of them is a fault in OneLink — they are what a browser-side rewrite can and cannot reach.
Running both at once
Both work the same way: a script in the visitor’s browser rewrites Amazon links after the page has loaded. Put both on one page and they can rewrite each other’s work, with the result depending on which runs last. That is not a stable arrangement.
If you want to keep OneLink for the loose text links elsewhere on your site, restrict it to pages that carry no Doozly boxes — and test a live link from each side before you rely on it.
Common questions
Is Doozly worth paying for when OneLink is free?
Only in specific cases, and they are listed on this page. If your links are plain text links and your readers sit inside the fourteen countries OneLink reaches, OneLink is free and enough. The gap opens when your links are boxes or widgets, when your readers are in one of the eight stores OneLink does not reach, or when you need the right store chosen before any script runs.
Can I use Amazon OneLink and Doozly at the same time?
You can, but not on the same page. Both rewrite Amazon links in the browser, so on a page where both are active the result depends on which one runs last. Restrict OneLink to pages that carry no Doozly boxes, and test a live link from each side.
What happens to a reader in a store OneLink does not reach?
With OneLink they stay on whichever store the link already pointed at, and buy there, and the commission goes to nobody. Doozly carries a tag for all twenty-two marketplaces and borrows the tag of a fallback store you nominate when none is filed, so the click still earns something.
Does Doozly need JavaScript the way OneLink does?
No, and that is the structural difference between them. OneLink rewrites links in the browser after the page has painted. Doozly decides the destination while the page is being built, so the link is already correct in the HTML – which is also what a crawler and a reader who clicks immediately will see.
